Privacy regulation
Being an Italian company, M.d.C. Technology must comply with law 196/2003 and explain if/how/why it collects your personal data as you visit our web site.
Personal information and its use
Usually you can visit our web site without communicating your identity or releasing personal information.
However, should you wish to fill our contact form for information request (or for any other reson), you have to supply some personal data, e.g. your full name and an e-mail address.
M.d.C. Technology uses these data only to contact the Visitor according to his own request. In case the Visitor is not wishing to be contacted, he simply has to tick the option "don’t contact me" in the form. In this case data will not be recorded.
Data will not be communicated to third party for any reason, unless we are enforced by laws.
Marketing and updating activity
M.d.C. Technology could periodically send offers or updating of new products or services or commercial/technical/marketing news. It’s upon Visitor to authorise these periodical messages filling the relevant box in the contact form. If you don’t want to receive these messages please don't fill the box.
Cookies
A "Cookie" is a small file with data and information transmitted by the web site to Visitor’s browser and usually stored into his computer.
The cookie allows web site to "remember" the preferences of the Visitor, so to allow a better navigation. Cookies do not contain personal data and they do not allow Visitor identification.

Rights of concerned parties
Visitors have the right to know if their personal data are stored or not, to know contents and origin, to verify correctness or to ask for integration or updating or correction, according to art. 7 of D.Lgs. n. 196/2003 (Italian Law for personal data protection).
For this, Visitors have simply to send an e-mail to the address privacy@mdctechnology.it specifying the reason of request.
