Custom electronic industrial devices design is our core business. We cover the entire design spectrum, from the technical documentation to prototyping and small scale production:

Electrical diagrams and PCB design, including optimised components selection according to industrial cost/performance/power consumption/etc goals. Standard files are generated for prototyping, test and production (Gerber, N/C drill, pick and place, etc.).
We provide review of existing diagrams for components refurbishing, performance improvement, cost reduction, RoHS compliance, etc.

Microcontroller firmware implementation on Atmel AVR, STM32 (ARM Cortex M3), MicroChip (series PicMicro 16F) and 8051.
For other types of microprocessors, pleas ask. We react fast.

Case design and manufacturing (with the help of qualified partners) in metallic sheet, laser cut or punching, finishing included (silk-screen and LexanŽ front).
We have facilities to carry-out 3D reverse-engineering of existing mechanical parts (very useful in case of missing or lost drawings).

Interfacing between devices or between device and computer/PLC via bus and industrial protocols.
- Industrial software implementation (Microsoft Visual C++ or Visual C# languages for Windows O.S. - even embedded and PDA).
Application implementation on Linux with embedded kernel (ELinOS

Documentation implementation in technical Italian and English language. E.g.: user manuals, programming manuals, installation and service manuals, online help.
